I became a caregiver to help others, it's always given me pleasure knowing I was able to make someone else's life a little better. I like being a caregiver because it allows me to give back what has been in me. The thing I'm mostly proud of is how much I've accomplished throughout my life. I'm 37 years of age and I've been a CNA for about 13 years now. I'm a very family-oriented, compassionate person who cares about the level of care I provide to others. I'm very dedicated to those I provide services for. I believe in the clients' right to choose his/her care along with treating the client and their loved ones with dignity and respect.

Hi I want to take a little bit about me I'm am 41 year old a mother with one daughter she is 20 I'm a certified CNA also CBRF train been working in this field for 14years Nursing Homes, Supported living, Assisted living, personal care I work went all type of people young and the Elder also with disability and behavior problems I got in this feel because I like helping people we all get older things happen to people we don't know why treat people the way you want to be treated with love kindness understand as a mother I understand how to be a parent allso as a sister and auntie love you have for your loved ones is so endearing also so important have a person would help take care of your loved ones who understand so if I'm saying I'm a good candidate yes have some years experience Ben in different situation. Do I know everything no do I know a lot yes is I'm still learning yes nice loving caring and tell the truth that's my model.

My passion has always been to support someone who honestly need help, what makes me a wonderful caregiver is, I truly love taking care of my elders and understanding their needs and service, (s)them as if they were my family , and knowing that I could help and put a smile on someone face for just helping , is always going to be a proud moment for me

I have over five years of experience working in this field. Before that I always had a passion to assist ones who couldn't do for their self so I volunteer at group homes for three years. I went and got my CBRF certificate later and I'm going continue farther my education in this profession.

My personality traits is I'm a hard worker, my elderlys know they can count on me for anything . My grandmother who passed away from kidney cancer is who motivated me to become a caregiver before she passed I was helping her around the house. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is seeing the smiles on my elderly faces being able to help them with things they struggle with. I'm very patient when it comes to my residents I feel like being patient should almost be a requirement and understanding them as well. Although it's important for a caregiver to have stellar time management skills, it may be more important to display appropriate body language when you visit. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver ? Spending time with someone grandma or grandpa getting to know them and just bonding with them like they're one of my own grandparents. What is a personal achievement you are proud of ? I am proud of myself for being so determined and never giving up always doing my best at whatever job I have and giving it my all so I should say one of my personal achievements is my work ethic .
