I am a friendly, outgoing person who has a big heart for seniors and enjoys helping them to live life to its fullest. What's most important to me are relationships and living a life of love for God and for one another. I especially enjoy my conversations with seniors-I love their stories. I like to help them get out in nature, enjoy a mind challenging game or cook their favorite meal. I'm available for transportation needs, shopping, meal planning, cooking , walks, light exercise, very,very light housekeeping, misc. and medication reminders.

Displayed strong clinical skills in assessing vital signs, and providing pre- and post-operative care. Adhered to safety guidelines, completed hospital's three-hour Patient Safety Training Program. Ensured the accurate, timely flow of information by maintaining thorough patient records and updating healthcare team on patients' status. My age is 62 and I can relate to my clients and we can talk about anything. I have help different clients and their needs. I heard about caregiving said that's what I want to do.I like helping people get some of the best of life through helping them. I've been a caregiver for a few years and I still like helping people. I am personable and enjoy being a home care provider. I became a caregiver because I wanted to help others by assisting them with their activities of daily living. I enjoyed caring for many seniors over the years and learned quite a lot from them. I believe I'm a great caregiver because I have had extensive training in a skilled nursing facility as well as in many private homes. I also enjoy seeing the difference that I often make in people's lives. I became a nursing assistant back in 1982 and acquired my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license at the convalescent hospital where I worked. I then went on to work for several home care agencies and acquired my Certified Home HeaIth Aide (CHHA) license. I have worked as an independent contractor caregiver for years. I am willing to commute for full-time employment. I have great references and will be happy to submit them upon request.
