I am 21 years old. I have been a HHA for 5 years. I absolutely love the work field I chose as my career. I am a very smart, intelligent and reliable young lady. I am very respectful of everyone and everything around me.

My name is Mary I've been in the medical field for about 30 plus years. I worked as a patient care technician in the hospital setting for 20 years. I worked as a medical assistant for 8 years and home health aid for 15 years. Left doctors office and hospital setting to do home health to be more personable and do one on one care. I became a caregiver to be able to help some one family get through difficult times that they may be having with their love ones. And be able to give and show support in their love ones daily activities. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a chance to show myself approve to some one else's family. My personal achievement is taking care of my comatose son, and knowing that I was able to do the best job in providing care for him before he past. After he past I took the opportunity to go back to school and received my Patient Care Diploma, Nursing Aid/ Home Health Review Certificate, as well as my Phlebotomy Certificate. I take pride in my work when I am dealing with my patients, I make sure my patients mental, and physical health comes first as well as there families needs. Whilst I am within your home, I can safely administer any and all of your prescribed and or over the counter medications, be it daily or weekly, as prescribed. I've also played an active role in doing Physical Therapy / Occupational Therapy / Recreational Therapy and Speech Therapy Assistance. I can also provide Transportation for any of your Dr. Appointments, Errands and Social and Spiritual Activities, on an prn (as needed basis), whilst I am assisting you.
