I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2016. I have worked in Nursing homes, Private home, and done Hospice. My passion in life is to take care of others! I enjoy being there for people and making a difference in someone's day.

I have a genuine care and love with people, i have a high tolerance dealing with pretty much everything specially with people that really needed help, i can related and had good understanding most of their situation, I'm a good cook and I can provide a better care to the patient, I know how to handle Dementia Patient, and i can pretty much work with any body , I am good listener, I enjoyed helping patients getting better, specially when they achieved the weekly goal, and the happies moment is when i make them smile , even just the simple things in life, I have a patient she's 93 years old, had stroked, he lost the ability to read , write and speak, but with everyone helps, and our daily activities , and her persistence to get better , she recover 99.9% it was amazing recovery,

I must be attentive to the client and family with perfect communication skills in order to serve and maintain the ability to monitor the health and personal care of the clients daily lives. Most importantly be dedicated, supportive, dependable, trustworthy, and compassionate in order to have peace for the family that the client will have a better quality of life. I posses the knowledge to do this and thrive to be improving everyday life in many ways. The rewards are huge and I was born to serve others. I ground myself in medical knowledge and crave learning and improving all ways I can professionally. Most importantly I have built many cherished relationships along my journey with caregiving, ones which will last a lifetime. I am a single mother of 2 amazing girls, 7 & 14. I recently moved back home to Rockport TX to be closer to my parents and family after being in the DFW Metroplex the past 20 years. My biggest passion in life is spending time and caring for the elderly, after all they really do deserve nothing but the absolute BEST at this day and age.

Hi. My name is Christy Gutierrez. I'm 42 years old. I been doing home health/ caregiver for over 10 years now. I love taking care of the elderly. It truly is my passion. I have a 9 year old daughter. I took CNA classes. I recently passed my certification exam for phlebotomy. I'm a Certified Phlebotoist. I'm currently in school working on completing my EKG Certification.

I have 2 boys ages 9 and 19. I have a 10-month-old grandbaby. I like the outdoors, beach, sports, cooking, reading, camping, watching sci-fi movies with the boys, and road trips. I enjoy taking long walks with my boys and pup Rocco. I enjoy theme parks and walking the beach. My favorite food is enchiladas. I enjoy learning new food recipes and gardening.

I enjoy being able to put a smile on peoples faces. My grandfather was the first person I cared for and believe me it was difficult but well worth it. I was able to learn more about him and spend much needed time. Being able to help someone who is limited to helping themselves is a blessing. Meeting new people and making new friends is usually one of my biggest achievements.

I love working with elderly patients I have a passion for my work! I had family members that made me want to do this kind of work! I enjoy helping my clients. I was proud of myself for helping a family with their love one. I guided them through the steps. They were very please with me.
