I became a caregiver because I was able to take care of my sick mother home for 4 years until it turned into Hospice care at my home. I am a great caregiver because I am compassionate , kind and love what I do. I have been a caregiver for the last 20 years. My mother motivated me to get in this field ,as she had been diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 65. Unfortunately she passed away at 67 , which will be 20 years this October.
