I have come to know that there are some people who are naturally compassionate and nurturing. I think it runs in families DNA. My family is one such family. I have always loved listening to older people since I was a child. I derive so much knowledge of life from these people.Nothing feeds my soul and makes me happier than to be able to give compassion and caring help and give a better quality of life to people in need of care. They all have their own stories and so much wisdom is gained from just listening. In turn this gives the patient company and the knowledge that someone cares and is interested in them and that they are valuable and interesting and deserve so much. I am very compassionate, my friends and family would say I'm too caring. I love to help out as much as I can with people in need. Becoming a caregiver has always been my interest because I am very family oriented and I always wanted to take care of my family, and as my grandparents got older it gave me the opportunity to help them with their every day life and make them feel better about things they are not able to do anymore. By doing things like that it gives me a sense of accomplishment and really is rewarding to me. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to give someone that quality of life back and seeing them happy, I am really loveable and friendly so I make them my family. My most personal achievement in life so far, would probably becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant at 17 then being the first one of my siblings to graduate high school (I am the 3rd born). I am also in school getting my associates in biology to then transfer to nursing school.

I take pride in what i do. I'm a patient person who loves to care and help anyone in the need. I've been in memory care for over two years and experienced a lot as in companionship and understanding the feeling of those who are no longer liable to care for themselves not only physically, but mentally. I enjoy making others proud just as well as myself. When others are happy your happier because you made them happy. I am very honest and dependable. My personal achievement would have to be getting licened as a CNA so families and patients can know that they can trust me with caring for and loving their loved one.

I became a care provider because it followed after my grandma and mother first off that was in this business before me as a great care provider, but on second case i also have a brother of my own in a group home due to disabilities and i took time the most with my mother taking care of him here and there when he came for a visit.
