I really have expirence with residents they have g tube people that have parkinson And also really know how to handle residents that really refused to their care frustration and also have expirence with resident behavior change also have cpr certificate cna and home health aid certification love my job I am a trust person

First and foremost I love my job, I love making a difference in people's lives Secondly I'm a mother who took care of two sweet babies by myself, so since the people we support some times need tenderness, I have all the skills to handle them with care and love Thirdly , I'm very calm and patient person, most of the patients we give care for need to be handled patiently especially those with dementia. And some patients are get problems with adjusting to new care givers in their homes, so me being a professional care giver I have the capacity to fit in and make sure they get comfortable with me.

I went to high school graduated and then decide to take some nursing class I did really liked it, my first experience as a home health aid I remember working at facility care I really loved it I learned so much , I am a caring and positive caregiver I always want to make sure that my client and family are fully satisfied and happy the way I work , I always like to show how much I am full of energy working as a caregiver, my responsibilities are bathing , reminder for taking meds, errands, driving to doctors appointments, and do activities of daily living as a caregiver, I love my work and I always want the best for my client to feel comfortable and safe.

I make sure the safety of the clients by clearing the pathway to avoid falling, i make sure to encourage client to apply all the doctors mandated like taking fluids or measure the fluid intake, to re-position client every 2 hrs to avoid bedsore, take vital signs, I do light housekeeping, laundry, prepare meals and medication, groceries and drive clients to appointments..Working with elderly or those who need care is my passion its like am at home with my family., its fulfilling to see the progress or improvement with the way i care, I work with love and compassion. what makes me a great caregiver is that I listen and pay attention to my clients. I became a certified nursing assistant to work with clients and make their lives a little bit easier. I like being a caregiver because things we do for our clients that we don't think twice about makes their entire day sometimes. Their happiness and appreciation is rewarding. My proudest achievement was passing my cna test.

I choose this career because I enjoy helping others , seeing how they can improve with their health or even to keep them active as much as possible in a safe way. I really enjoy learning from my clients as well. My personal achievements that I have got from my career are the knowledge of understanding how to combine the meaning of being respectful, responsible , compassionate and most of it , patient with people.
