Hi my name is Rachel Molina from the Philippines, I'm a BS Nursing graduate and I'm also RN, I started to work as a Caregiver year 2014 up to present, I took care of my clients that I handle with care, respect and dignity and I gave my strength and concern to all my clients.

My name is Catherine Wayero. I grew up as an only girl child amongst 3 brothers. I love associating with people who bring growth into my life and who challenge me on doing better in the community we live in. When I was growing up, I would watch soccer with my siblings every weekends and we used to play soccer in the yard. I joined my high school soccer team ( Bethany High school) .I have loved it ever since. Besides soccer, I love sky diving, traveling ,and indoor games. I developed the love for taking care of people in need because in 2018 my best friend had a car accident that disabled her . She became disabled and bed ridden so I offered to take care of her during hard times, unfortunately she passed on, may her soul Rest In Peace. Later I ventured into the caregiving field and so far I have loved working in this field. I have grown in my confidence, compassion, experience, dependability, trustworthiness and patience when dealing with my clients I take care of. I enjoy making a difference each day of my life and spreading love and support to those who need it. My personal achievements that am very proud of is having a natural passion for helping others, willingness to listen to my clients, great interpretation and communication skills with my clients and confidence in the care I provide.

I'm a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). I'm a good nature, compassionate, very caring to people and natural in caregiving, I have 12 hours certification on Caregiver Core, and 11hours certification on Mental Health, and I'm currently still finishing up my 23 hours online class with dementia care certifications. As a young kid at 11 years old, I help take of my aunts mom who had Alzheimer's, took care of my sick brother who was in and out of hospital for 3 months. Later in my life when I got here I got here in the bus by 2008 I took care of my mother who just a had stroke she bed bound for over a year, I was 24 hours caregiver, she recovered from in the middle of 2010, and then early 2012 she was diagnosed of stage 4 lung cancer, I took care of until she past away four months later. After she past then I became my father in-laws primary caregiver as o have been already during the time my mother in-law is sick. My father in-law suffers from deabetes type 2, and dementia was there for him from the beginning until the end stage of dementia and eventually until he past away on June, 2015- I discover since I was young that I love caring for people I love to make people happy,...I know that caregiving is gift that I was born with, I know that this is hard job for a lot people if it's not nature to take on big responsibility. I take that responsibility seriously just like I would care for my own family.

Over 20 years of experience is what I have, and great skills come along with these 20 years. I have attended school for my certificate as a CNA private Nurse and attended college for a degree in Child Development and Psychology. I treat my clients as if they are family and I am a gentle, warm soul. I am caring, punctual, and retain many different conditions well either if it's treating or knowing the effects. I currently have two different clients and I love them dearly, and I have been with them for 5 months now. I am adept in cleaning, cooking, washing, bathing, hoyer lift, bedridden clients, driving clients to appointments, etc. I love getting to know my clients and make them feel as comfortable and putting their trust in me as much as possible. I love taking my clients out and having a great time with them for breakfast or lunch if they want to. I am reliable and free-spirited and treat the elderly with much do respect. I'm educated, and have my degree in psychology, and child development , I am also very witty, and full of life and harmony. (Certified with California Department of Social Services) My experience includes work with elderly suffering from Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, sleep apnea, restless feet syndrome, anxiety, ALS, mental heath, individuals with co occurring mental illness such as bipolar, depression, schizophrenia just to mention a few. A few things that attached me to becoming a caregiver was this amazing lady I used to care for back when I was still in highschool, it wasn't a job I wasn't getting paid for it but I loved caring for her and making sure she felt safe, after that bond and experience, I wanted to continue with this line of work.

I became a caregiver since 2005 and was laid off as a program assistant in a Senior Facility I love to work with seniors and passionate about caring for them because I found them helpless but I have learned so many things through their life experiences and I considered working and helping Seniors as a personal achievement that I am proud of. I am compassionate, reliable, honest, patient and respectful. I am proud to say that I have a quality of a good caregiver since I was the one who took care of my ailing mother before she passed away. I have a heart for Seniors who needs help and care.
