I'm responsible, reliable, good listener , loving ,caring person and most of all patience. My experience in hospitality industry lead me to this work, where I was able to help and volunteer to a group of seniors who come and eat in our restaurant. The part I enjoy most is listening to their story especially if their trying hard to remember and try to help them through it. Hi my name is Rachel Molina from the Philippines, I'm a BS Nursing graduate and I'm also RN, I started to work as a Caregiver year 2014 up to present, I took care of my clients that I handle with care, respect and dignity and I gave my strength and concern to all my clients.

I am a caregiver with more than 10 years of experience. I have had experience working for clients that suffer from Dementia, Alzheimers, Parkinson's, Stroke and Bedridden. Assisting them in their activities of daily living. I try to give the best of me to all of my patients with love, patience and care.

I love what I do! I love making a difference in someone's life - if I can make them laugh or smile then I've done my job! If I can get my clients out of the house for shopping, appointments or even lunch then I'm helping them help me! I love making new friends & having everlasting friendships with my clients and their families! For the past 3 years I've been a caregiver for my neighbor's dad (he's 97), I was his morning caregiver (he had round the clock caregiving), I fed him breakfast and lunch, took him to church / bingo every Monday, we did his errands during the week and Fridays we did the library. I really love my job as a caregiver!

I am currently RCFE certified with a 7 years experience as a health care provider. (Certified with California Department of Social Services) My experience includes work with elderly suffering from Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, sleep apnea, restless feet syndrome, anxiety, ALS, mental heath, individuals with co occurring mental illness such as bipolar, depression, schizophrenia just to mention a few. I became a caregiver in August 2009 for my father, Brian. After a series of tests my father was diagnosed with early - stage of cancer. I have always taken care of my father because my mother was never around to provide support to the family. His condition is still in the early stages, but I am worried about the future. This situation brought my father and I closer. His condition has made me realize that this is career move that I wanted to peruse. I am not a caregiver by career but by choice. I am a caregiver that truly cares about helping others and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. I am caring, punctual, respectful, outgoing, honest, patient, professional and organized.

Over 20 years of experience is what I have, and great skills come along with these 20 years. I have attended school for my certificate as a CNA private Nurse and attended college for a degree in Child Development and Psychology. I treat my clients as if they are family and I am a gentle, warm soul. I am caring, punctual, and retain many different conditions well either if it's treating or knowing the effects. I currently have two different clients and I love them dearly, and I have been with them for 5 months now. I am adept in cleaning, cooking, washing, bathing, hoyer lift, bedridden clients, driving clients to appointments, etc. I love getting to know my clients and make them feel as comfortable and putting their trust in me as much as possible. I love taking my clients out and having a great time with them for breakfast or lunch if they want to. I am reliable and free-spirited and treat the elderly with much do respect. I'm educated, and have my degree in psychology, and child development , I am also very witty, and full of life and harmony. What makes me a great caregiver is my genuinely love to help and be there. I don't work this field for a paycheck. I love working this field because its who I am. What attracted me to this position as a caregiver was my grandmother. I have always taken care of her and it always made her happy. I never treated her or any of my patients as work. I genuinely loved them all and cared and treated them and looked at them as my extended family. My personality traits are huge personality, very silly when around loved ones or anytime someone is down. I can always make someone who's down smile. I have a very huge heart.
