Am a loving person with lots of rooms to learn something new everyday. I have experience in hospital,hospice,nursing homes and homecare setting. Am license in state of colorado with certification in nurse aide and BLS/CPR. I have knowledge of proper care, feeding, wound care, grooming and catheter care. Am a very reliable person who create positive environment and good atmosphere for patient, family member and my coworkers. I have about 13 years experience as a certified nurse aide and also have experience in housekeeping to provide help and encouragement to those who are physically disabled in other to make them feel at home and loved at all time. Am able to work with or without supervision. I am experienced in computer chatting and understand medical terminology. Monitoring patients and providing all kind of activity of daily living are my major task as a certified nurse aide. Certified nurse assistant with combined experience working in long term assisted care, skilled nursing and rehab care, including hospice, and clinical patient care. I began my healthcare journey by working in assisted living and memory care settings where i progressed in the field and recieved certifications such as nursing and medication administration. I am very dynamic in where I continue to elevate my career by continuously pursuing certifications, and education. What I enjoy most about my career is being able to advocate for patients and clients that have transitioned into assisted and clinical care, educating families and people of all backgrounds about the changes that come with aging. The reason l become caregiver because l like to care anyone who needs my help l love my Gradma l want everyone to get the care they deserve. I love to see smile on people l help. Plus l get paid by helping others. I might not have more experience yet but l have a good heart that is cares about others.
