I got to spend his very last moments with him, making hime comfortable and letting him know how much the family loved him. Then in highschool I had the opportunity to care for my Grandmother. She was 78 years young. I'm welcoming and a kind hearted person, I'm a great listener and someone who can recognize when things are not right. I'm very detailed and very organized and love a calm peaceful space and I have a smile that never leaves my face.

I became a caregiver because I love making a real connection with others while also feeling fulfilled at the end of the day by doing something good. I am CPR certified and have had experience working at an assisted living as a QMAP and caregiver. I mainly worked on memory care and am use to being very patient and understanding.

I have taken care of three disabled adults, two of them at the hardest level one at the easiest level in a full-time environment. I was splitting half of the work with the host home provider I was monitoring and giving meds, bathing, food prep daily chores trips to the doctor and the dentist. I love my job because there's not a lot of people out there that can do this type of work. I love to make people feel good and it warms me to see them smile
