Hello, I am a very loving & caring person. I have a son that has Adhd & one of my twins suffered a stroke in utero & has autism. My passion to work as a care giver is to give back to the community. My son has some great people working with him & I just want to give back. I am proud that we put our son in ABA & it has helped him a lot. I have also worked with kids with special needs. I've worked in a school setting. I am also working as a program supervisor currently. I have worked with a couple patients with carelinx. I enjoy being a caregiver as I am able to help the client & the families. I enjoy cooking & being a companion & being able to help.

I would like to help people who need a little extra help to remain independent. I am easy to get along with. I helped my mother with these tasks as she became ill, up to the day she passed. I enjoy helping others especially those who can't help themselves. I became a caregiver after my brother died in the hospital. He was severely beaten and succumbed to his injuries. After being with him for three weeks in the hospital I decided that this is what I wanted to do. I started taking a management course this year at The University of Denver. Being a Caregiving is an extremely rewarding job. As a Caregivers I take care of our elders, the people who have given so much to this world. Taking care of people is something I'm very proud of. ... Some residents become lonely or sad, but being a great caregiver helpsthem change there mood for the better. What I enjoy most about caregiving is getting to help other people in there time of need.

Since I moved here to Denver I have no work for child care. But before moving here I was working as caregiver with my grandparents specifically my grandmother. that's when I started enjoying working with elderly I learned a lot by my grandma she taught me a lot of things that I didn't know with her it was with diabetes and my duties were to be in charge of taking her to doctors appointments her medication home cleaning and learn how to remove and put on her prostate leg. I would have to drive her at least three times a week to get her dialysis because that's what she needed mostly and after she passed away my parents moved in with them so I was mostly in charge of my parents so there needs their food doctors appointments and medication.

Hi I'm Mersedes Wilson I'm very big on family, and loved ones, I'm a very happy person, I love getting up each and every day knowing I get to help someone in any type of way. I decided to become a care giver because it's simple I loVe helping and to do this job you have to have a heart for it, I was raised around my great grandmother, and my granny and learning and the talks I would have and remember with them just makes me want to help and learn and listen to others with more knowledge then me so that's wat made me wanna be a caregiver, I wanted to help and make this a career so I recently completed my CNA certificate I also have my CPR certificate because I know it's not always going to be just nice conversation, and good days, I want to be prepared for the bad days as well and I know this job comes with those as well but I wouldn't trade it for anything in this world!!! Since I moved to Colorado three years ago, I have pursued a career in home health working closely with clients that are all very near to my heart.
