My passion in the healthcare setting is unlimited and I have had the availability to attain employment in almost every role from PCA to NA. I have taken care of my parents and I would treat my clients as I would have done for my parents they stayed at home and were cared for in the comfort of their own home. You have to have compassion and treat clients with respect and dignity. Always let them feel they are still independent not treating them like a child. I had my own Adult Family Care Home and I specialized with Dementia residents. I am a dependable, caring and loving individual and I would never treat them any less or make them feel any less than the adults they are.
