I became a caregiver because I like working with the elderly. I learn a lot just by listen to them talking about their lives. My achievement would be owning my own home. I started out taking a class on medical billing. I later went to Concord to get a medical assistant degree. I then took a class on phlebotomy. After all that I decided I wanted to be a nurse.

I am a caring person I love working with people I'm very experienced in patients care I worked in nursing homes I have also worked as a caregiver in homes for over 10 years this is my career I love what I do I use my experience to contribute to the the growth an care for my patients.

My years of experience started as child careing for my younger siblings. As I matured my passion turn twards seniors for they wisdom and care they give to me as a young abult . In elementary my school nurse became my mentor ,I use to spend every break in the nurses office watching and admiring her as she Passionately care for the children's. I enjoy the smile on a person face after being cared for. My ability to adopte to new environment and new people.

I am a highly competent, responsible and compassionate individual who is very motivated and dedicated. I work diligently and always put in complete attention in everything I do. I love helping people and I have been doing this with passion for 10 years . I treat my clients as if they were my family members and my most achievement was taking care of a client for 7 years until she passed.

I believe that the best trait in me is determination. I like to encourage my patients to do as much as they can on their own with me their so that they do not lose their independance. My passion in the healthcare setting is unlimited and I have had the availability to attain employment in almost every role from PCA to NA. I love to put a smile on someones face especially when they have had a rough day or appointment. A personal achievement would be working full time and in nursing school as well as working on the RN-BSN while raising a child on my own.

I became highly interested in the health care field because I knew I could make a positive difference in people's lives. I am great people's person that is well outspoken. My work stands out from others and certainly speaks for itself. I have plenty of experience, working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Emergency department. Currently have my CNA, GNA, & PCT. I am fast paced as well as a quick learner, and always on time or earlier for work. I am a very positive person with a goal in my life that will be achieved. I am a great caregiver because I was raised around women my grandmothers mostly and I would help them care, cook, clean as a young girl. I became a nurse/caregiver because I helped my grandmother take care of my great grandparents when I was younger. My great grandmother was diagnosed with MS and I helped take care of her as I watched her decline. This is what I enjoy doing most.
