I became a caregiver because I had always wanted to be a nurse when I was younger. Also, my best friend/sister-in-law became very ill at an early age and I had wanted to take care of her but never got the chance as she passed away at age 44. My mom also became ill shortly thereafter and I promised that she would never go to a nursing home. My intention was to care for her in my home, but unfortunately she never made it home from the hospital. I vowed that if I could not help my own family then I would help someone else. I love being able to help people stay in their homes as long as possible and having the family reassured that their loved ones are being cared for in their absence. My personal achievements that I am proud of are being with two of my clients until the end of their life and knowing that I made things a bit easier for their families. As for myself, I am the mother of four sons and grew up with five older brothers.

I have been working in the medical for about 20 years and have worked and different hospital setting. I am experience in patients with different type of illness such as: mental health, neurological, dementia, Parkinson, cardio, physical disability, post surgery just to name a few. I am reliable, loving, compassionate, and patience and caring. I love to read to my patient and share stories with them. I am a certified Nursing Assistant and CPR and First Aid certified.

Hi I'm Naonna Moore I'm 26 years old and i love to give back and help others ;I have been doing caregiver since my greatgreat grandmother had a double mastectomy at the age of six then my mom had a single mastectomy last year. I look at this as a gift I have and I love to share it with others and help in any and very way possible . I'm married and a mother of a handsome six year old little boy . My son pushes me everyday to continue my education and not stop at being a CNA .

Ive been a caregiver for about 10 years. 5 years certified. When I got started in this field it was out of necessity. My grandmother had a stroke and i had no choice. I didn't even want to be a caregiver. After about a year my grandmother passed away. But the feeling that i got from being able to care for her like she cared for me was indescribable. First time I felt i had contributed something; actually helped somebody. Like I made a difference, like i made her last days better. 10 years later I cant picture myself doing anything else. I love what I do. And everytime I help a client or they smile and say thank you its like helping my grandmother all over again.

I love to take care of the sick. Being a caregiver let me know how the different sickness a person go through and how to respond towards them when their going through hard times. I proud to be helping the sick and also to help my father in his sick time before he pass. I'm a single mother of three beautiful girls. Being a nursing assistant for 13 + years it's my gratitude to take care of other families sick love ones.
