This is a little about me. I am a down to earth individual. I chose to get into the medical field because I was tired of working jobs that paid minimum wage and not enough hours. I wanted to do CNA because it suits my personality well. I have always taken care of my family so I thought why not get paid for doing what I already do. Since being a CNA I have saved up for my own apartment. I could not have gotten my apartment with a warehouse job or working at a fast food place. I really like it when the client and I have a good bond and a great understanding. I like to make people laugh because I believe that is the best medicine. I am a experienced caregiver with a tremendous amount of heart and faith in always doing the right thing. I am dependable and honest to a fault. My experience covers a lifetime of caring for individuals in ALFs, hospitals, residential as well as supervising others in the field. Currently, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida. My degrees include: Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of South Florida (USF), B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S.W. (Social Work). In the past, I had studied Nursing at Hillsborough Community College (HCC). I am fully capable taking a B/P manually or electronically, Hoyer lift, as well as the usual TPR and weights. I have volunteered with Life Path Hospice from fall 2007 - fall of 2010. -- Currently, I am learning German, Finnish, Italian, Indonesian and know basic Spanish. Also, I have had studied basic Korean, French, Norwegian and Swedish languages for the pure joy of learning. If needed, I can work full-time short term (negotiable), live-in a few days a week, daytime or overnight and have had my second COVID vaccine.

My personality traits are caring /loving ,respectful ,helpful , always happy . What attracted me being a caregiver is that I love being about to reach out to elderly women . I enjoy being a caregiver because I love cooking , cleaning & making my client proud of the caregiver they chosen

Because I care & love what I do for helping & services the senior. Plus it's make them so happy, they appreciate caregivers going beyond there duties. I uses to work in a office was told that seems to be my calling. Very help caring and always welling to help when need.

I started in the medical field at the age of 16, because Iknew that that was what i wanted to do. I continued on when I went to the air force working with my fellow soldiers, when I came back home I have worked in Drs office , and ultimately working for elderly and Hospice. It is very fulfilling to know that I can make a difference and put a smile on someones face just by being there. Helping people is my PASSION
