I'm a mother of two girls born and raised in Lawrence my parents are originally from the domincan republic they came to the state in the 60s. I've been a certified nurses aide for 15 years. I work at Mary imacualte nursing home I've been there for 10 years I love and enjoy what I do caring for other is my daily therapy. Thank you????

He inspired me to want to better my life and I found my passion. *The thing that I enjoy about being a caregiver is being able to make the family feel comfortable about leaving their love ones alone with me. Each human being need someone in their lives, specially adulthood who are sick and need special care.My goal was always become an aide to take care of sick people or people who cannot do anything. I like to make them feel very comfortable, listen to them and do the essential of what they need to be done.

I love the work I do as a health care giver, and am fully experienced at my skills of health care given the programs have worked with. I love giving my services to that where once strong and now weak and elderly by supporting them to feel loved because I will at one time need the same services given back to me at one time in life. Am a good listener, able to give feedback to a client in verbal and written English. Able to take a message notes for the clients, Remind them to take timely medication where possible. Provide personal care at all times. keep the environment clean, dress up client appropriately daily, able to use supportive devices like gia belt, hoyer machine or a Walker. Ensure the client eats well and monitored at all times. I give respect to clients, try to be on time at work, honest, work closely with the he clients family, caring and finally listen to the clients need.

I decided to become a caregiver because I wanted to help those who cannot fully help themselves. I like seeing the progress and growth of my patients when giving care on a day to day basis . A personal achievement of mine is when I graduated from the Community Action's CNA/HHA course because I put fourth a lot of effort into this course. I am a caring individual who relishes new opportunities .

She lived a year longer than they had predicted and that's what I wanted. She was happy and was able to attend and see a lot more than she had expected herself. 4. I'm a dedicated, hardworking, and love to over achieve what I do. I'm a single mother of a beautiful 2 year old girl, she changed my life for the better. I'm blessed to have a healthy daughter and I enjoy watching and helping her grow to be a young lady soon enough. She's helped me realize and push myself to become who I am today and see what means the most in life and still I strive to be the best I can be for her and everyone around me.
