Hello! My name is Annie & thank you for visiting my profile! :) I was a Special Education major for 4.5 years & absolutely loved every minute, but decided it wasn't the right path for me. I started as a RA and decided to go get my CNA license & I'm so thankful I did! I have learned so much over the past 2 years & I'm so very thankful that I work with a fantastic nurse who's willing to show me nursing "things". I can definitely tell you I never ever imagined myself being anywhere near the healthcare field, but have enjoyed myself so far & looking forward to the future! I enjoy being a caregiver because of the 1 to 1 relationships that develop. I like helping patients and seeing them get stronger day by day. I like keeping active with patients wether it be physical activities or mental activities. I enjoy learning about my patients, their history & being a source of support and encouragement. Not a lot bothers me when it comes to bodily functions & find myself able to deal with/handle situations that arise.
