Hello my name is Tavia and I have been a Caregiver since 1998. I became a CNA because back in High School I went to various nursing homes and hospitals to volunteer to help the elderly and I enjoyed it. I love making a difference and treating people how I want to be treated. What I like most is building relationships and giving my client a great experience. I became a Caregiver and went on in the Medical field to help people to have a more productive life. I started working as a Nurse Aide we back 2009 in Elkhart,KS. afterwards i passed the test as a Certified Nursing Aide then afterwards i passed another test as a Certified Medication Aide. I like to work being a caregiver because I treat the elderly people as my parents or my grand parents because i don't have a parents or grand parents anymore.
