I am married, father of 3 children under 9 years old. I graduated in mathematics, in statistics. I master computer science in terms of programming and maintenance. I have a low level of English which I am trying to improve. I have worked for the past four weeks to support a person with an intellectual disability with a service in financing will expire during this month of February 2020. Towards the end of the year 2019, I followed training in line to obtain the 3 certificates for assistance to disabled people I am available to work in the mornings preferably starting now for 6 to 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Now, I'm certified CareLinx Professional Caregiver and CareLinx 101.

Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I have been state tested since graduating high school. I am a mother of 4 and a wife of 13 yrs. I love working with patients and their family. I am very well at leaving my personal life at the door and being able to enjoy my day at work. Caring for people is all I know how to do. I just have to be able to be a parent as well with schools being done at home so can't do the long shifts of working in a nursing home. I take as many extra learning as can to help enhance my certification . I'm very easy to get along with and as flexible as needed. I have worked in home health, hospitals, as well as Nursing homes. My patients happiness means a lot to me or how the family thinks of me so always try to do my best. I have always liked helping people which is why I chose this field right out of high school. I have always kept my certification in good standing I've had my certification since 2001 and still on state registry with no complaints ever on my care. I have been on the receiving end of healthcare during times when the care wasn't so great and I will never forget how that made me feel. I vowed to myself that I would never be responsible for causing that hopeless feeling in others. My patients are individuals, with individual needs. Too often providers get wrapped up in the day to day schedule and forget that what is routine to us is not routine to the patient. Seeing my patients smile during their weakest moments (literally) lets me know I am doing my job well. Patients and family members need to know they are being heard and they have a right to express their opinion regarding care being provided to them and their loved ones. Compassion, empathy, listening skills merged together with physical clinical skills makes for an excellent patient experience and that is my passion.
