I am an outgoing person, I am passionate about many things in life. I became a CNA (certified Nurses Assistant) in 2015 after the passing of my mom in 2011. I truly enjoy taking care of others and helping them out in anyway that I can. I love learning about who my client/patient/resident was before and who they are now. I driven to make sure that I am doing my best and giving my all every single day. Making sure that all needs are met and no task is left undone. I take pride in my work.

To give yourself, to give your life for other people. I became a caregiver because i wanted a career that had the potential to make a difference in someones life. I enjoy making someone smile and doing little things to make a persons day better. Being a Caregiver/CNA for 10 years has helped me in so many ways, i have worked in Hospitals, Nursing homes, Private Duty , Hospice care and also with Disabled children. I love what I do. Taking care of people that need my help gives me joy in my heart. I feel it is very important to have someone in you life that truly cares and makes you feel important. A personal achievement I am proud of : Attained \\" Caregiver of the year award \\" by constantly maintaining excellence in my care to residents.

I have been in the medical field for 15 years. I consider myself a very patient, compassionate, and caring person. I have learn a lot from my clients' life experiences, which I cherish dearly. I like to cook, bake, like to read to my clients, and love to involve them to stay active. I can provide references of happy previous clients.

My primary concern as a caregiver is to make sure that my client is able to function at the best of their ability and to make sure that they are having the highest quality of life that they are able to have. I am not only there for my client but I am also there for the family (such as: to let them go grocery shopping, are just to be another set of ears at doctor appointments or for the family. After a few days with the client and the family I begin to consider them family. I have a great amount of nurturing and empathy, some say I care to much but I give 150% to my clients and families. I enjoy order and dispensing medication, relating to my clients, enjoy the pass and working on family history. I have no parents or grandparents so my clients kind of fill these roles. I have been a first responder, EMT, CPR Instructor, nurse's aide, and medication aide. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is having a D.N.S. that I work with for a long time trust me to teach new nurse's the medication routine and to be a charge nurse. As a personal care giver the highest praise I can be given is for my client to tell me I must be an angel and that they love me.

It gives me a sense of happiness to know at the end of the day that I've helped improve someone else life . I'm super easy to talk with have taken care of a lot of Seniors of all ages , backgrounds . I'm the oldest of 5 siblings so have a lot of patience . July 2020 . I took board exam Certified Nursing Assistant . I passed. I look forward to talking to you about the care you are seeking . I was certified in November 2019 after attending a CNA training program in Hawaii Job Corps (Oahu, HI). In the program I was able to attain my HIPAA, Blood Borne Pathogens, and Basic Life Support. I have since then attended Western Iowa Tech where I received my prerequisites for Nursing 1. Because of the pandemic I decided to take a break from school to work and make ends meet. My Hawaii certification unfortunately expired before I could have it transferred so I have been working as an uncertified caregiver . Luckily for me, it's something I've always enjoyed doing. I do hope to get state certified soon because I take pride in this line of work and the relationships I build with my residents. [?]

I not only want to be the person that care for you but a friend as well. I like to get to know a person to better care for them. I've been in health care since 2005 I was 14 and I love it. I love meeting new people along the way.
