I'm don't brag to be a perfectionist,but if I choose to get something done I do it close to perfection. Everyone will someday need someone and my prayers are we should all find a person who cares for us as if they are caring for themselves. These job is said to be a work of love and so IT IS.

1. What actually makes me a great caregiver is my willingness to serve others and I believe it's my calling. 2. I became a caregiver because, I have great compassion for individuals in need of personal one on one care. 3. Their are several reasons why I like being a caregiver. The first reason is that I am able to be there for individuals that are in need of help. Another reason I enjoy being a caregiver is because, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and after the cancer she went into remission. Shortly afterwards, she was diagnosed with dementia. Recently she was diagnosed with Parkinson. I eventually had to move her into my home and I realized how self fulfilling and rewarding it is to serve others with sincere humility. I feel that as a caregiver each individuals that I care for should receive the best of care, compassion, and the best quality of care that life has to offer. 4. My most greatest achievement is yet to come because, I'm looking to achieve more tomorrow than I have today. Life is a lifelong learning process and when you think that you have achieved your greatest achievement there is still room left for more improvement.

I love working as a caregiver! I enjoy feeling I am doing something to help others and find the work rewarding.

why i chose to become a caregiver is a thing that i love doing and is inline with my goal in life, been a caregiver helps, teaches and build you up in caring for people and even in home, my achievement is understanding how to communicate with people in need most especially with older adults. my grandmother is my inspiration for doing what i do..giving care i love doing what God has given me the skills to do in caring for all in need of care... i have not only been a certified nUrse aide for 20 years but as well finished pharmacy tech with i v mixture certification 2006 and phlembotomy certified 2015 i am a happy person ...have traveled outside of USA and looking forward to doing so again ..give all glory to GOD (keeping Him 1st) just love people i cant stress it enough how much i enjoy taking care of anyone in need( especially my elders i highly respect) note(holidays pay time and a half*)

My personality are empathy and compassion, desire to help patience reliable and flexible .Growing up in a family of medical professionals I surely thought that one day I would become a caregiver after high school I became a caregiver in a facility it gave me the opportunity to help those who couldn't help themselves this is what prompted me to further my education by attending CNA schools while am working on become a nurse light now.

I have 20yrs experience in caregiver/companion. I started working as a caregiver after my father had a stroke and heart attack and i had no one to help me care for him. After my father passed away, i became committed to helping other family and it became my GOD GIFT to care for my clients with as much of love as it was my own family member. I enjoy spending time with residents, talking with & learning from them. Knowing people's preferences and including them in their lives brings them such happiness and satisfaction, it makes me happy to know I made a difference in their lives. I was awarded employee of the month after 2 months of working in a long term facility for teamwork, respect for the residents, family & staff enough to hear & see them & paid attention to the little details that were important to them.
