I'm energetic, healthy, fit, happy, and compassionate. I'm full of love for the Lord, for my husband, my two beautiful teenagers, my two dogs, and my cat. I enjoy teaching yoga and fitness classes, gardening, cooking, and snow skiing! I am the happiest when I serve my family and friends. This is what I was meant to do - to help and lift others up to become a better version of themselves. I enjoy spending time with residents, talking with & learning from them. I was awarded employee of the month after 2 months of working in a long term facility for teamwork, respect for the residents, family & staff enough to hear & see them & paid attention to the little details that were important to them.

I'm a very patient and kind person. I love seeing people happy. Growing up watching my mom care for my grandmother is what really attracted me to be a caregiver.
