Greetings! I fell in love with caregiving while attending travel school, and working for an elderly man in his home. My passion for caregiving comes from growing up in a large family and always having people around me of all ages. I adored my grandparents, and had the pleasure of caring for all of my older siblings children before having 2 of my own. When I lost my grandparents, I decided that I wanted to spend my time around seniors, helping them to remain in their homes as long as possible. It has been a 35 year career for me, and I enjoy it more every day! The personalities of my clients are so varied and so valuable, and the knowledge and humor I have witnessed has been truly priceless. I hope I can somehow give back as much as I have been given.

I have great passion working with seniors and people who need help as well. Have developed and it has been my interest to not only work with elders and others but also to fellowship with them as well. I found it interesting and lovely especially when they tell those old stories and their words of wisdom great asset.

I have worked as a caregiver for three years now I have many experience during the short time of being a caregiver and I love it. I also did my CNA at Edmonds where I go to school I had my clinicals at alderest which was a great experience for me , and I would love to work with CareLinx.

What a great caregiver means to me is to be able to show empathy and compassion toward the clients and families that I work with. By taking the time to fully understand my patient's needs and giving them the patience to work through their rehabilitation at their own pace, I show them that I care about them and that I want to do what I can to help them. I become a caregiver because I enjoy working with people. I love helping the individuals and their families to create the tailored care that is needed. I also enjoy working with the elderly in overcoming the difficulties associated with their health issues and helping them maintain their highest level of Activities Daily Living. The most satisfying part about being a caregiver is knowing that my clients and I foster a bond that makes me feel like a part of their family. In addition, the trust that my client's family put in me to ensure that their love ones are safe and taken care of is quite rewarding. I know how it helps the family feel at ease. One of my personally favorite achievements I'm proud of was helping one of my post-surgery clients at home with PT and OT; and enabling her to walk with a cane again instead of being restricted to a wheelchair.

I serve client my with love and a smile no matter how difficult or unthankful they could be. Out there, there are clients suffering and lacking help, i am motivated with love to server and help the client and their families who may be struggling to find even rest due to the situation of their loved one. My achievements eventually is to see a satisfied, confortable and happy client including the family

Hello! My name is Mailee (My-lee). I am currently a nursing student at EvCC. I am a compassionate person in helping others. I enjoy helping others as it is rewarding and knowing that I can make a difference in their lives when my clients receive the care they needed. A personal achievement that I am proud of currently is being able to take care for others wherever my career takes me. With my additional skills and knowledge from school, I am able to better understand the needs of my clients and give them the best quality of care.

I am a great care giver because I treat all my clients with dignity and respect. I make sure that they receive the best care possible. I am very compassionate , patient and a good listener. I have worked with diverse patients, hospice, dementia, parkinsons, Alzheimer, etc. I have a lot of experience.

I love to take care of the elders. As a Christian I learn to take care others like I would be taken care of. Working in this field is my passion.

First I have been doing this for eight years as I said before I have worked in the Adult family home wish you know you have to do everything breakfast lunch and dinner shower grooming dress and also assistant living and also hospice center. I know for sure what I wanted to do in life taking care of babies are adults no I'm working at a space Center wish I love my job so much. Working at adult family home you have to be patient and re-approach be gentle and kind also the assistant living it's the same thing you just got a re-approach them be gentle be patient as I always say is the little things that counts and matters I'm not perfect everyone to make mistakes but I try my best to learn from them and you're never too old to learn more I remember I was at work one One of my patient was laying down and they have a visitor and I was trying to feed him something he turned to me and said I appreciate this so much because he was not taking anything before and look he is taking a few bites that made me feel so good so I feel like I'm doing something.

Patience and empathy are deep rooted in me and being a caregiver to my mother ushered me into this field. The satisfaction on the client face after well given care is what I enjoy most. Am proud of being a team player at my work and being a leader in my section.
