Hello my name is Alexandra I love being a caregiver I like the fact of creating a bond with a family or a client taking care and helping elderly is what I love. I am most proud of my work and how families love me and the residents and family members I have built bonds with and still talk to til this very day.

Even as a little girl I have always enjoyed helping people any way I could. I have always been drawn to the medical field in some way. I started as a PCA helping with medications, insulin, wound care, some personal care. I then became a CNA and have worked with many wonderful people. From helping with basic care needs, to being someone they could share company with. To full care needs. Dressing, dinning, bathing, physical therapy, helping transfer from sitting ro standing. Wheelchair to bed. I love being able to make someone smile in anyway I can.

I have worked as a caregiver for over twenty five years. Starting out with an agency that I worked with for seven years. I then went on to work at a school for children with developmental disabilities. I was also there for seven years. I went on to work as an independent caregiver for a man for eleven years until his death. I am currently working with a ninety year old female who is suffering with Dementia. I have been with her two years next month. She is being placed in a memory care facility soon. Every one that I have worked for has been happy with my service and will provide recommendations upon request. I think some people are just natural caregivers. It is what I enjoy most. I am compassionate, patient, and willing to do what ever is necessary to provide safety, and comfort. I treat clients the same way I hope to be treated someday as a senior.

My gift in life is Service to others. I became an STNA from Auburn career center years ago, I worked for Lake home health at Lake East hospital.Im also a Medicaid provider of 9 years.I managed an Assisted living in Mentor for almost 10 years.I work as a personal,private, caregiver to Seniors in their homes...a multitasker,organizer,reliable, problem solver,that loves to get things done.I like to make my clients lives better by encouraging new activities,and fun into their lives.People need Love, hugs,feeling safe,attention,and laughter.Caregiving is about changing people's lives.Making the end,better than the beginning.Taking time,listening is most important. I am very cari kind-hearted genuine Young Lady. I don't look at caregiving as just a job in my eyes you can't it takes a certain person a certain heart. I've always gotten along with any client I have had no problem I am there for them and to help make their life and families lives easier. Getting older and not being able to do things on their own anymore can be frustrating I've listened to many stories about it, that's another thing listening actually letting it known what they have to say matters because it does. I absolutely love caregiving and I believe that's why I am great at it because when you love what you do how could you not be. I've accomplished wisdom and knowledge for such a young age and I couldn't be more grafeul knowing that I can't fail if I never give up is the key.

My name is Jada. I have a little over 3 years of experience as an STNA in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I prefer 3rd shift since that's typically what I'm used to and it's easier with my daily schedule. I take pride in keeping your loved ones cared for and watched over to make sure they're comfortable throughout the night. I can do light housekeeping and I am very pet friendly!
