I am Heather White. I recently located to Arkansas from Wisconsin. I have worked in the Caregiving field for approximately 3 1/2 years. I have worked in assisting living in a nursing home setting, in Behavioral Health facilities, as well as facility for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and in a in home Caregiving setting as well. I am a very kind, honest, understanding, caring, detailed and organized person. I have always been very compassionate about helping others and helping them achieve their goals, hopes or whatever they want to pursue in life. As a caregiver, my most cherished moments are when I get to see clients smile and truly be happy. I value hard work and strive to do my very best everyday. Honestly when I first started working in Caregiving, I had no idea what it entailed, I applied for a job to support my family. After I was offered a job and started working, I became very fond of the profession. Three and a half years later, I still want to work in the Caregiving field and further pursue a career in the area as well.

i AM A 42 YEAR OLD FEMALE. I HAVE BEEN IN THE HEALTH FIELD SINCE I WAS 18. MY GRANDMOTHER AND MOTHER BOTH WORKED HOME HEALTH AS WELL AS NURSING HOMES, MY SISTER WORKS HOME HEALTH AS WELL FOR THE PAST 16 YEARS. CARING FOR OTHERS RUNS IN MY BLOODLINE. WHAT ATTRACTED ME TO CARE GIVING IS THAT WHEN ITS MY MOTHER OR FATHERS TIME TO BE A PERSON WHO NEEDS CARE, I WANT THEM TREATED WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT AND CARE, NOT ABUSED OR NEGLECTED. I WANT THEM TO FEEL SAFE AND NOT SCARED, I WANT THEM TO FEEL LOVED AND NOT A BURDEN. I WANT TO ABLE TO MAKE A CHANGE IN PEOPLES LIFE, I WANT TO BE REMEMBERED AS THE LADY THAT MADE ME SMILE EVEN WHEN I FELT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE I LOVE SPENDING TIME WITH OTHERS, LEARNING THERE LIFE AND HEARING STORIES AND MEMORIES THRU-OUT THEIR LIFE. I WANT TO GET TO KNOW THEM AND LET THEM KNOW THEY THAT CAN DEPEND ON ME AS THEIR CARETAKER AND NOT JUST AS AN EMPLOYEE. MY PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT THAT I AM PROUD OF IS THAT I AM A VERY OUTSPOKEN PERSON AND I LOVE TO SEE PEOPLE SMILE, I AM GOOFY AT TIMES I WILL ADMIT BUT MY GRANDFATHER TAUGHT ME TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSE LIFE GREAT, GET THEM TO SMILE EVEN WHEN IT FEELS IMPOSSIBLE. I have been a caregiver for over 20 years and I enjoy helping others. I am certified in CPR, first aid, HHA, CNA. I have found that the greatest achievement is just seeing a smile on their face and listening to the stories of wisdom. I have 2 sons 24 and 22, and I have a one year old granddaughter.

I have experience working with patients at home have good hygiene take pride in patients needs, I have transportation. Looking mainly for week on week off

I want to work caring for others. I like to be happy and upbeat while working. I know it's very challenging at times but with my experience I know I can do a good job
