I am a mom of 3 kids one of which is special needs. Caregiving and skilled nursing is something I am very passionate about. I have worked in nursing homes and don't feel like the patients/residents get the care or compassion they deserve. I will let my patient/client be as dependent as they can and be there to help with what ever is needed.

I have been in health care for over 25 years. I am a CNA. I have worked in nursing home, assisted living, independent living, and MHMR facilities, in a doctor's office and with hospice patients. I help clients remain as independent as possible in the privacy and comfort of their place of residence. My services include: help with ADL's, meal prep, medication reminders, escort / transportation to dr appointments, errands, pre & post op care. I believe that going above and beyond the job I am hired to do provides families with peace of mind knowing their loved one is cared for with dignity, love and respect when they can't be there themselves. I have worked my way up from a MHMR aide to a CNA, to a Private Caregiver, to a Private Care Manager and Field Supervisor. Spoiling my clients and helping families feel at ease is what I do best.

I became a caregiver because my mother was a caregiver. I started out in my early twenties working at a small retirement home in Delray Beach Florida. I would joke around with the residents, help them with laundry, make their beds, help them during activity time, and just sit down to have conversation time. I learned very quickly that a little laughter, compassion and empathy goes a very long way. Never in a million years did I think I would be in the same type of job 30 years later. Does that tell you something or what? I have had many clients throughout time. The longest lasting ten years. The shortest maybe a couple of weeks to a couple of days. It all depended on the situation, why I was hired and what type of care was needed. I've always had a good relationship with mostly all my clients. Lets face it, you just can't please everyone all the time. Were human, right? Many times just because a job had ended, didn't mean the relationship with the client or family did. I still keep in contact with some. I enjoy taking care of the elderly because I learn something new with each new case. Just when you think you've heard or seen it all. You haven't. Each one has their own story to tell. It's like I come in as the caregiver but at the same time...I'm the blank pages of their open book, where they begin to write their own story through conversations. It's about their likes and dislikes, their care and concerns, their needs and what needs to be done to be sure those needs are met. My greatest achievements have been that of an open book of communication between myself and my client. Most times the ending story is good. Yet, in truth and fact, sometimes its not always a happy ending. There's sadness and disappointment for one reason or another. Yet, as with every story you move on and start a new chapter in a new book knowing you've done your job to the best of your abilities while providing the best possible care to your client.

I have a quieter personality preferring a one-on-one relationship with people. I recently obtained a Masters's Degree in Nursing with a specialization in Public Health.

I've been a caregiver and personal provider for many years along with being a certified nurses assistant for 32 yrs....I love what I do I truly believe it's my calling..I love making new friends and I'm a very down to earth, easy going person..I'd rather be more 1 on 1 these days and have time to be someone's friend instead of just being their Cna..I'm very proud of the fact that I've gotten to a point where I can do that in life..Looking and Hoping to Speak With You and Your Family!!

I started caregiving when I was 19 yrs old and fell in love with it! So hear I am 23 years later still caregiving and helping others. I feel its so rewarding helping others. In December of 2021 I received my certification to become an End of Life Doula. I've always worked for companies but recently branched off on my own to be able to focus on giving clients more one on one personal care! I treat my clients as I would want someone to treat my family.
