Being a caregiver is something you need to be compassionate about. Growing up with five siblings and loving parents. I have learned patience, kindness, and helpfulness. Coming from such a big family has inspired me to want to give others care that they deserve. I love helping others and making them happy while working hard to give them quality professional care. I am personable and enjoy being a home care provider. I became a caregiver because I wanted to help others by assisting them with their activities of daily living. I then went on to work for several home care agencies and acquired my Certified Home HeaIth Aide (CHHA) license. I have worked as an independent contractor caregiver for years. I am a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with excellent interpersonal communication skills that allow me to excel as a caregiver. I am 56, a mother of 5 and grandmother of 18. I have done caregiving all my life. Begining at 16 working in a senior home. Then i did daycare for children and then returned to elderly care. I have done live in and 24 hour care. I am a very compassionate reliable caring responsible person. I love mostly doing in home care, giving the client the freedom and joy of being able to stay at home with dignity and as much independence as possible.

I am a retired Caregiver with over 35 years of experience. I acquired my experience by working in Hospitals, Home Care Agencies, as a Private Caregiver and Caregiving for family members. My Mother steered me in this direction when I was around 8 years old, by having me help her older friend that was just discharged from the hospital & Caregiving has been my calling since. As we age and live by ourselves, it's not as easy to take care of ourselves & we may need some helping hands, that are trustworthy, to remain in our home.
