My years of experience started as child careing for my younger siblings. As I matured my passion turn twards seniors for they wisdom and care they give to me as a young abult . In elementary my school nurse became my mentor ,I use to spend every break in the nurses office watching and admiring her as she Passionately care for the children's. I enjoy the smile on a person face after being cared for. My ability to adopte to new environment and new people.

I became highly interested in the health care field because I knew I could make a positive difference in people's lives. I am great people's person that is well outspoken. My work stands out from others and certainly speaks for itself. I have plenty of experience, working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Emergency department. Currently have my CNA, GNA, & PCT. Not only will I get the job done but I always exceed my expectations. I strive for perfection at ALL times, no exceptions at all. Always willing to go that extra mile to satisfy my patient. I am fast paced as well as a quick learner, and always on time or earlier for work. I am a very positive person with a goal in my life that will be achieved. Always thinking positive of any and every situation, no matter what the case maybe. I make sure my work is well analyzed and complete in an orderly fashion at the end of the day. I believe my most useful qualities in this role are patience and kindness. In my role as a caregiver in a group home for the elderly, I was frequently the only attending caregiver on my floor for evening shift. I had one gentleman who would always buzz me to attend to him, but because he was experiencing memory loss and dementia, when I arrived he would forget he just buzzed me for the same thing. I always showed him kindness and patience, and as a result, he requested me as his caregiver when he left the group home to live with a family member.

I am a hard working Mom with 3 kids. I am a fast learner and I am willing to learn new skills that will help me in my career. As a caregiver/ CNA, I strive to be personable, compassionate & reliable. I have worked in Elderly Assisted Care Homes, and have worked in one- on- one home care . Provided care including bathing, meals, exercises, personal grooming and shopping. I also provided companionship to doctor appointments, personal errands, and provided care during hospital stays. I work with Alzheimer & Dementia patients with daily living activities, i. e. bathing, meals, laundry. I was responsible for daily reports of patient activities during shift. I find great pleasure in providing companionship, and making a difference in a persons life. I believe in treating my patients as though they are my own family. I came from the Philippines and I speak both English and Tagalog fluently.

What make me a great caregiver is that I'll treat your ones like family.. I feel that no one should have go through this life alone. I been a caregiver most of my life with caring for my grandfather who had cancer, my grandmother who had heart disease, and continue care of my mom who has arthritis..I have the compassion to understand their concerns. I have the patience to help in daily activities that now a strain for your love ones. My greatest achievement is become a caregiver and becoming my own brand.
