Hello I have over ten years of caregiving experience. Being a professional caregiver is my calling and I enjoy being able to make a difference in my clients lives by providing the professional care they need . I'm a very compassionate person and caring and I'm also a dependable person and I am tru to my work as a caregiver. I have worked in nursing homes, assisted living and in home and when I'm connected with a client I treat them like family cause I feel that they are my family. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver is because when I was a lil girl I use to love to take care of my grandmother and always wanted to become a nurse or caregiver. I am proud to say that I feel like I achieved that goal as becoming a caregiver.

I became a caregiver when I had to step in and take care of a family member, who had a stroke. I like the fact that I was helping someone get rehabilitated while experiencing a miracle happen right before my eyes. I've been told that there should be hundreds more like myself, from just about every and anyone I have worked for and with. It's great feeling to have when you can go beyond others and your own expectations and receive certificates and rewards on how much people love you for what you do for their families. I have experience in OR, PACU and PRE-OP as a patient care tech/OR Tech. I rotate between those three on a daily basis. I assist with pre-opting patients for medical procedures. In the OR my duties are getting the room ready for procedure, prepping and draping patient. I also assist in recovery with patient discharge.
