Hello I'm Carelle and I'd be delighted to work with you. I love helping people and give them a sense of dignity. My passion and love for care giving came from my uncle. He had an accident and was tetraplegic. He couldn't do the simplest task he used to do like brushing his teeth or grooming his beard or even eat. It was really difficult for him in the beginning and we had to step in and help him adjust through the new phase of his life. Through adequate care, listening to him and making sure he felt loved, valued and worthy despite his situation, we created an environment in which he could still feel he mattered. And for that I'm proud. And these are the same values that I apply when I work.

I've been a CNA for 4.5 years and a caregiver for about 2 years. I did care for an elderly lady prior to being certified as a nursing assistant. I've done all activities such as bathing, eating, mobility, dressing, making beds, taking vital signs, etc

I have been a aide for 18yr. I have worked with many different clients. Parkinson's, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Mental Illness, Etc. I am one of the hardest workers you will meet. My grandmother inspire me to be a caregiver before her passing i always would help her around her house everyday. **PLEASE READ**I have a regular 9-5 so I am only fully available on the weekends. I have a short windo of two hrs if in the Saint Paul area on the weekends and late evenings for 2 hour. I am skilled in many areas starting off in administration. I have done personal care for nursing facilities, as well as private clients. I became a caregiver because I love to serve and help the needy. Before I started a job as a caregiver, I volunteered at the Pre-Ops of Sinai hospital in Baltimore forsix (6) hours, 3 days a week.I care about people, I am a very loving and caring person, full of empathy and I am learning so much in this chosen career from my clients. I am full of joy, I love to sing, read them poems and sometimes we dance together. I love to dress them up. We play cards sometime and some of them watch their favorite game show on T.V and cooking is also a delight to me. Personal achievement was helping a young lady who had given birth with some complications. I shopped for her food and helped her through her healing process
