I chose to become a caregiver because I have a passion and desire to help and give back to others. Some of my personality traits that make me a great worker are having a lot of patience, knowing how to be kind and gentle, and knowing how to enpathize with my clients throughout their disease process. When providing care, I don't look at it as job. I actually enjoy my field of work and aim to better the quality of life. A personal achievement I am proud of is earning my RN degree and leaving a lasting impression on my clients. In high school I studied Allied Health Science and later became a Nursing Assistant. I loved it. Every day was a new challenge and completing each challenge was its own reward. Although I would have to say that. I thought it was awesome that a gentleman stopped me in the grocery store to tell me thank you for saving his life. He said continuing to do CPR until help arrived although everyone else walked away saved his life. All I could do was think about how bad felt knowing that guy died
