Hello dear families, my name is Mikayla. I found myself doing something that I never thought I'd do. Growing up as a kid I would love to go to grandmas house & help her with her health & household. I've always wanted to be a nurse to help people & the community thanks to the grandparents who opened that eye for me. I strive to do the things I love most & that is caregiving. I look at everyone as my own loving family it mean a lot to me to even be able to care for other families & to show my love to all my clients.

I love spending time with my Residents. I have a heart of gold and a passion for my client's. What got me started as a Certified Nurse Assistant when I was little I got to take care of my grandmother on her last days. I got to spend time and talk to her about Jesus. Im a Christian I put God in everything I do.

I have found that my passion/calling is to care for the elderly and/or individuals, who can't do so for themselves. My heart is overwhelmed with genuine happiness when providing care and/or maintaining a personal relationship with each resident, client, and/or patient. I sincerely love fulfilling my heart's desires & passion by providing care, love, companionship, friendship, and even medical care to individuals; resulting in them having a sense of peace, as they go through life changes and having to deal with situations that may be unfamiliar. I find that doing so & providing the utmost respectful care to each of them, brings forth a growth for even myself, as I continue my education into becoming an RN (later to bridge into Nurse Practitioner). Daily, I am seeking the latest knowledge and skill so hopefully I can improve my care traits daily, to a wider/higher demand of clients. I am most definitely proud of a personal achievement in my life pertaining to my husband (who was diagnosed with late stages of Testicular cancer twice)! After receiving a prognosis of 18 months, I decided to further my education & resources, in hopes to find more options....and I did! After nearly 2 years, he is now in remission & cancer-free! This is not to boast about what I did, but instead the 'determination, drive, & passion', that I was blessed with. I will ALWAYS go above & beyond in providing the best care for clients & their family members! I believe there is always room for growth and in order to do so, you must first humble yourself to what you were called to do, whatever that may be!

I have been a CNA since 2007. I have worked with Hospice, Hospitals, Rehab Nursing Facilities, and Skill Nursing. I am a peoples person, I am blessed by GOD to have a caring spirit.

Hello, I'm Lawaina Baldwin and I been working in this field for over 25yrs now. My clients love that I'm dependable, very sweet, loving, honest, very compassionate and always do great job in taking care of my clients to the best of my ability. I treat my clients like they're my family. What attracted me to this field is that I started helping my mom in home health then been with it every since. The most thing I love about helping people in need is that I want them to be happy where they're comfortable at which is home and make them feel like they have nothing to worry about as long as I'm there by they're side and knwing they trust me to help them with they're daily needs. It's my passion to help people and I love what I do that's what makes me a great caregiver that every cross paths with them. My personal achievements that I'm proud of is that every where I go to meet my clients I always make a good name behind me and they never dissatisfied.

I have been a certified nursing assistant for 3 years. I became a a caregiver because I love helping others. I have a heart of gold. At the end of my day it feels good to be able to say helped someone an they was taken care of the way I would expect my family to be cared for. I treat everyone as if they are my own family. Wat are my personality traits are that im caring, loving, kind, sweet, one of a kind, has a good heart. What attracts me to being a caregiver is that i love helping people that are sick get better. Elderly people make me so happy to be around. Im working towards my cna soon. Elderly people are a joy to be around. I took care of a gentleman when he was sick that the people hired me outside of company to take care of him he passed away but the family still keeps in contact with me. A personal achievement im proud of is how hard I have worked to make sure my kids have a good education by pushing them to make good grades and get a scholarship.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I genuinely love taking care of others. Since I was younger, I was the one that people turned to help take of others in my family. I took care of both my grandparents until they transitioned. I'm a people person. I have a caring heart and most importantly I'm a listener. I'm attentive and compassionate. I try my best to go above and beyond to make those I care for feel better and cared for. I've been certified for 11 years. I love doing what I do, and that's helping others in their time of need.

I love being a caregiver for the simple reason I love taking care of others. My Mother is a RN & before I went to get my CNA I literally learned everything from her, I hope to open my own home health agency in 3 years. I am tiny but strong most of the people I take care of could tell you I'm full of surprises but good ones.
