Hello,my personality traits that help me be a great caregiver is my smile and bubblely personality and I'm loving and have compassion, what attracted me to be a caregiver is being able to be someone's hands being able to be someone's legs and voice, I enjoy it the most because it reminds me of how precious life is and our loved ones not to take things for granted in life, My personal achievement in life is to do just this it's what drives me in the morning we all age with life we are all human and we all need love and care and compassion.

My natural inclination to care for others was shaped by helping my family members with disabilities since I was a teenager. It's why I chose this profession - because I have a heart for it. I've been in the field of caregiving 25+ yrs from working with DD waivers (child/adult) disabilities, assisting elderly in home health plus assisted living environments. I've received multiple certifications in CRP/FIRST AIDE, & MEDICATIONS, & many more. Any kind of hand over hand assistance requirements rather online or in person I've kept up to date personally & responsibly. I HAVEN'T ANY ISSUES WITH LIFTING PROPERLY & TRANSFERRING individuals, I am fully trained in this area. I've dedicated my life to fulfilling job tasks well doing something I REALLY enjoy most, helping others with daily life skills their unable to do alone, including providing companionship. I've learned being on time, reliability, & dedication is a priority through out my years of experience. I'm very proud of what I've learned so far and I've got plans to learn more everyday. One of my main achievements is watching , over viewing & loving an individuals day to day progress. As I grow with knowledge & age it's not always a JOB, it's being a positive inspiration & motivator to others in a time of need. I treat others they way i would want to be treated, & well working i always create a bond with my patients as if their family however still acknowledging there are boundaries being the employee. Meeting new people an being a team player gives me so much gratitude towards this profession I've established for so many years. I always attempt to apply availability PRN (as needed) in case of last minute emergencies being ON CALL. Flexibility variates (I try NOT to do overnights ONLY) however I have no problem with trying just to meet the needs of others and their families. Hello, I'm Andrea. I've been in the medical field for 17yrs. Im a Certified CNA and also an EKG Tech. Im certified in CPR. I love my job as CNA. I have experienced and learned a lot of things while working as an CNA. It's an enjoyment and challenge for me. My goals is to have an Homeless Shelter and assisted living by the time I turn 42. Taking care of others is a passion I have for the elderly and Disable. The best job you can have is knowing that you can help someone else when they don't have nobody.

I love my job and I love what I do, helping the medical fragile has truly impacted my life.

I got into caregiving because my brother passed away of AIDS mailing back to school to learn how to take care of people I love to help people and I enjoy Healthcare work, just talking and listening to the residents are patience and making attentive to their needs

I graduated high school in 2012, right after graduating high school I started going to college for my nursing degree. I have 3 more years left of college. In 2013 I started working as a caregiver I couldn't ask for a better job I love caregiving. I was recently laid off. Caregiving is my passion. When I was 15 years old my mom got diagnosed with cancer. Seeing my mom sick and couldn't do for her self helped me to understand that there is people that need help. After four months of seeing my mom in and out of the hospital she passed away yes it was hard but I knew deep down inside I had to help people.
