I am an outgoing person, I am passionate about many things in life. I became a CNA (certified Nurses Assistant) in 2015 after the passing of my mom in 2011. I truly enjoy taking care of others and helping them out in anyway that I can. I love learning about who my client/patient/resident was before and who they are now. I driven to make sure that I am doing my best and giving my all every single day. Making sure that all needs are met and no task is left undone. I take pride in my work.

I love taking care of people and helping families with their day to day needs with their loved ones. I have over 20 years of experience working in the medical field with both seniors and developmentally challenged individuals in their homes and in care home settings. I have over 5 years of hospice experience and handle each individual with the same love and compassion as I would for one of my family members. Caring for others enriches my life and the ones I'm caring for. I look forward to the smiles everyday and I take pride in the little things that make them feel comfortable while being cared for by someone who's not family.

One of my greatest qualities of becoming a caregiver was to care as if it was one of your family members and having that connection one on one in creating a bond and Trust and just making the other person feel safe and bring good energy and being positive everyday. Just learning about the person I'm caring for knowing them on another level of trust and being a friend and compassionate person that is going to help them willingly and how you could just turn your day around and making them feel good and better and for yourself as well. Being a team player cuz sometimes it doesn't go the way you would want things to go and you could just improvise and make it work and adapt to whatever situation is going on in having the communication at all times to know that I'm providing a good job in my caregiving experience.

I am resident oriented, law abiding caregiver and love serving the resident with all my heart, soul and mind. I am fully dedicated to work and looking forward to dispense my duty with diligence and compassion. I am also very patient, dependable, trustworthy and attentive. The journey of becoming a caregiver began when I was little girl, whereby, I grew up with my mother who was a village traditional caregiver in an African setting. It was through this background that, i began the journey of being a caregiver mentored by my own mother. I took several courses to meet the state requirement of being a qualified Caregiver. I took course on CNA and attained a certificate in Certified Nursing Assistant. Through my practice as a caregiver, I love preparing for their meals and seeing a resident improving from one stage to another and being independent to dependent. I also like my personal accomplishment and very proud of my resourcefulness, flexibility and determination. I enjoyed mostly the routine activities of the daily living and taking residents for recreation centers and to their Primary Care Practitioner. I am proud because of my rewarding experiences in my life even with the difficult residents I came across and being able support them in daily basis regardless of anything.

Hi there! My name is Bryan, I have been in healthcare for twenty one years. I started as a cna in a skilled facility. I did that for five years and then started working with the developmentally disabled in semi-independent living situations as well as AHF's. After that, I became an activities assistant, in a skilled facility. That was one of the most amazing jobs ever. I got to create programs at night for residents with sundowners as well as the ones who were bored. Since then, I have done home care as well as working in facilities. I was born to take care of people and that is that. I've done home care from total quadriplegic care, down to basic companionship and housekeeping. I focus on my client and build relationships on what we have in common and their interests. Connection is important. I have also done a lot of end of life care. Helping the client stay comfortable and help the family understand the process that their loved one is going through. You name it and I have probably encountered it. I am ready to build a schedule with new clients and look forward to hearing from you!

I love helping people, I'm a very laid back chill person to be around. I feel that adds comfortablility and calmness. I choose caregiving to be able to help people and not be taken advantage of but rather have people be thankful and grateful for the help I have to offer. I enjoy being able to give the care people deserve and knowing the job is done right and people are not being mistreated. I'm proud to have been able to work with kids, young adults, adults all the way to hospice care. Its a blessing to be able to care for people and build companionship and trust.

I am a very caring and gentle person. I started out caregiving by taking care of my grandmother when I was 17 and I fell in love with it. I have been a caregiver ever since. I love listening to what others have to say to me and I try to help them with their independence as long as possible. I have a lot of experience working with all different kinds of people and I have never had a bad experience with anyone.

I'm a very caring and energetic woman of God. I have always loved helping others while also advancing my knowledge in the health field. I followed in my mother's footsteps as she became a CNA, AED, and now an ED. As a caregiver for 9 years, I've come to enjoy helping my clients live their best lives while encouraging as much independent care as possible to eliminate doubts of self worth. I'm proud of all of the knowledge I have gained in the health field. I have learned about many diseases, disorders, and medications through my jobs and schooling. I'm proud of myself for saving a man's life through performing CPR on him for 10 minutes before the ambulance arrived. But most importantly, I've always been told by clients, friends, family, and even strangers, that they can't help but be happy, smile, and laugh around me. That brings me so much joy and pushes me to better myself in life. My career has been so rewarding and I can't wait to continue to help more people in need!
