The love I have for people whom can't help themselves what has help me to be a great caregiver from working in daycares to working in private homes with other love ones. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my family gave care for years I watched my mother work in nursing homes to private duty nursing as a little girl growing up to have a heart. What I enjoy the most about caregiving is seeing a smile on there face just to know a stranger can care so much. I achieved a heart for people. Communicate with patients to ascertain feelings or need for assistance or social and emotional support. Lift or assist others to lift patients to move them on or off beds, examination tables, surgical tables, or stretchers. blood collection, foley and catheter insertion and removal, telemetry placement and removal, BMS placement, Accucheks, specimen collections, wound care.
