Hello! My name is Robert Baldwin. I am 27 years old and one of my passions is helping those in need. Following that passion, I have gained experience in the fields of caregiving, homemaking, and some medical procedures pertaining to the daily life of someone in need. I am a American Heart Health Association certified CPR and basic First Aid provider and have experience with mentally disabled individuals as well as elderly individuals dealing with Dementia, Alztimers, Parskinsons Disease, and ALS. In addition, I have some Hospice care experience as well. I am a quick learner and value the personal relationship I get the chance to create with all of my patients. I originally had set out to have a career in business and went to college for business ...I started to notice I was happy taking care of others making sure they are ok and have everything they need seeing a smile from someone makes it worth it at the end of the day. My mother had MS and I took on the role as a caregiver for her and am good at it. I love this occupation and hope to further my skills in the future

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping those who are in need of help to meet their daily needs.What I like about being a caregiver is known that I am there not only to help with their daily needs but to also listen to them when all they need is someone to talk to. A personal achievement I am proud of is having the hands on experience working with the Dementia residents. It is a experience all of its own and one of the jobs that I really enjoyed the most. A little about myself. I grew up in Northern NY and now have moved to the Harriman TN area. Although a lot of people don't like change I really enjoy it. I really enjoy learning new things. I have worked in healthcare on and off for over 20 years. I had a few other jobs in the past outside of working in healthcare but I enjoy working with people who are in need. I like hands on training the most when it comes to jobs. I feel that its the best experience that I have had in the past when it comes to being out in the work place.

I'm a caring and very respectful person. I love to help people maintain themselves in a manner that is dignified and keeps the happy and healthy. Making someone smile helps the time pass and comfort level helpful for them. I wanted to be a caregiver to give back and help people. What I get most out of caregiving is the way I make people feel and helping them be at their best and get the best care I can give some, it makes my heart happy. People are important and need help sometimes it's the best when someone can care for them and help them with even the most minute aspect of living, just to see them smile. The most important thing that I've learned and was completely honored was when a young man I was helping learned how to fold his own laundry and it was just that smile that touched my heart

I have held many positions in the health field. My reasons for remaining in health care are many but the most prominent is the self gratification of helping others.

I have been a CNA for 21 years and I love what I do. I am a wife to a Disable Veteran and have two grown children and one school age child. I have experience with geriatrics, pediatrics, MED/SURG, Telemetry, ICU and INU. I have work in hospitals, doctor offices, nursing homes, home health and even hospice through out my career.

I am truly compassionate to the well being of others!!! I am true hearted and empathetic. I enjoy helping and taking care of others. There is a big demand for this career to have the right people and care. I love that I can help someone and have helped them in life. I got employee of the month at a skilled facility I worked at. I am also proud to be a child of God !
