One of the things I like is the Service and patient care, that is part of my experience being Caregiver is an opportunity to meet new people and be able to help in any way possible. I have served in every conceivable mental health, human, public health, speech, law, quality assurance, sales, virtual call center/remote, telehealth, email, chat, Outlook Appointment Calendars, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, etc., engagement calling and teaching capacity possible. I have investigated, empowered, and encouraged families in every conceivable psychological, lawful, educational, job development, accounting, and as a Guest Teacher with IDEA Public Schools. PK-12. I have engaged and educated members to manage chronic health conditions, organize Behavioral Health records, assure compliance of members' medication, educate on various classes, Case manager, Foster Parent, Gymnastics Instructor, Certified Nursing Assistant/Psychiatric Attendant, medication management, and a Clinic Coordinator role/Pharmacy Tech; collaborate with the extended care team, coordinate care in English & Spanish with the community, school counselors, psychiatrist, therapist and law enforcement, court hearing judges, which included going into my office to schedule and assure appointments were kept and development of wellness plans and client advocacy, all by abiding with HIPPA regulations.
