I am a college graduate and an Army veteran. I love taking care of people, it is my passion. I have built my life around helping others. I a a chef and a administrative assistant. I love being around and talking to people. I am a fan of games and nature. I love animals and have no allergies. I am kind , honest, and mature, I am easily to get along with, and I keep a smile on my face.

Being a mother, I have learned several traits that has allowed me to be great as a caregiver. These traits include patience, compassion, the ability to listen and understand others as well as being able to aid with problem solving. I am interested in being a caregiver because I enjoy being in the company of elderly people. They always have a lot of knowledge to impart on me. As a result, I learn a lot from them. I enjoy being able to help others, learning from them and becoming a friend. One personal achievement I am proud of is being able to go to school and earn my degree. Due to my going to school, I was able to learn more about Alzheimer's Disease and obtain a certificate for completing the class. Finally, I was able to graduate with my Associate's Degree in Medical Assistant.

I'm a great caregiver because I learned taking care of my grandmother before she went home to glory. My goal is to become more compassionate,understanding, selfless. I became I full time caregiver because I wanted to help people enjoy the rest of time they have left instead of just being alone. Being able to bring a smile upon someone's face is priceless.

I love movies especially comedies,action, adventure. I also like a clean area so this contributes to keeping my clients house clean. What attracts me to caregiving is I used to help my aunt and my grandmother it just brings joy to my day that I can help others. What I enjoy most is that I get to bond and get to know others and also hear stories when they were younger. How they experienced life.

I am very compassionate I'm helping other who are in need of help. I love providing companionship and putting smiles on my clients faces. I know sometimes we all just need a friend we can sit down and just laugh and talk with.

In my current position of individual caregiver to a quadriplegic patient I assist my client with daily living activities such as getting out of bed toileting showering getting dressed and other duties as needed.
