I immediately began to work in my profession.I like being a caregiver because the Heavenly Father has blessed me to have a love for it.I'm 50 years of age I'm a minister, I'm a wife and a mother. I have a love for people and respond to them well, I'm trustworthy as well as dependable. My job is to give each client the best quality of care as I assist them to achieve all of their daily activities.

I have found that my passion/calling is to care for the elderly and/or individuals, who can't do so for themselves. My heart is overwhelmed with genuine happiness when providing care and/or maintaining a personal relationship with each resident, client, and/or patient. I sincerely love fulfilling my heart's desires & passion by providing care, love, companionship, friendship, and even medical care to individuals; resulting in them having a sense of peace, as they go through life changes and having to deal with situations that may be unfamiliar. I find that doing so & providing the utmost respectful care to each of them, brings forth a growth for even myself, as I continue my education into becoming an RN (later to bridge into Nurse Practitioner). Daily, I am seeking the latest knowledge and skill so hopefully I can improve my care traits daily, to a wider/higher demand of clients. I am most definitely proud of a personal achievement in my life pertaining to my husband (who was diagnosed with late stages of Testicular cancer twice)! After receiving a prognosis of 18 months, I decided to further my education & resources, in hopes to find more options....and I did! After nearly 2 years, he is now in remission & cancer-free! This is not to boast about what I did, but instead the 'determination, drive, & passion', that I was blessed with. I will ALWAYS go above & beyond in providing the best care for clients & their family members! I believe there is always room for growth and in order to do so, you must first humble yourself to what you were called to do, whatever that may be!

My great grandma was a huge influence on my life. She instilled a genuine love and admiration for our eldery population. I hate to think of them spending thier last yrs lonely or ashamed they can no longer take care of themselves. I want them to know it is I who is blessed to be able to help them. I've been in the health care field since 2012. I started out doing home heath, I then received my CNA certification in 2013. I've worked in nursing homes. While working in the nursing home I gained all my experience with gait belts, hoyor lifts, making a bed while the patient is in, dressing the patience while in bed, I also have experience with bed baths. I worked in huntsville hospital for 6 yrs. I then changed my job as I returned to school for social work in 2021. I now work at a drug and rehab center. Going back to school is what I'm most proud of. I enjoy spending time and helping the elderly. My grandparents have passed on, so I treat my patients as if they are family or my grandparents. Any elderly person for that matter. It's just the way I raised. Learning about my patients and their past lives before they aged. I enjoy soaking up the wisdom that each patient has to offer.
