A broad-based experience includes working with both male and female clients as well as couples.

My name is Elizabeth Ayar and I am an honest and reliable person. I have worked as a Caregiver for the past 18 years. I have extensive experience as a caregiver and I have all the qualifications needed for the job. I can also cook, clean and run errands and also have office experience. Above all I am always willing to learn and train. I do require 2 hour minimum when hired. I am caring, out going and very loving and also enjoy making people laugh. Since I was a young age, I have always been interested in helping other people. I enjoy helping others who have trouble helping themselves especially the elderly. I completed my vocational nursing studies in 2012 and it was at that point I realised that helping people is my calling. I love that being a caregiver, you can make a difference. It's a rewarding experience providing care and assistance to those who are no longer able to do so and to know that I have done my job right when I see smiles on their faces. The moments that make me most proud of as a care giver is when I see my patients doing well, seeing their happy faces.

Why did I become a caregiver? I became a caregiver because of my desire to help others especially the elderly. My passion and dedication for seniors is very important to me. Nothing brings me great pleasure in assisting people that are in need of some care. My greatest achievement in life are my children. I am a mother of four and a grandmother of six. Teaching my children to respect and help others gives me the satisfaction that when in some giving time I need help, they will assist me just like I assist and care for others in the same manner. I am a very friendly individual that can get along with anyone. I know how to cook and clean and I have no issue providing any other form of care that a client may need. I've been in the nursing field since 1980 Convalescent Home Acute Care setting Mental Health and In home care But it became a passion when I started caring for my 95 year old great grandmother in the south just the passion in caring for someone who need it make my heart and soul feel worthy.

The qualities that help me do good at my job are the respect and communication skills that I use to understand and get along with my clients. Learning about what they like and what they don't like. I choose this career because I enjoy helping others , seeing how they can improve with their health or even to keep them active as much as possible in a safe way. I really enjoy learning from my clients as well.
