I cared for her for two years and I feel I've found my calling. I am, by nature, a very nurturing person so I'm in my element as a caregiver. I have excellent work ethics, I'm organized and very easy to get along with. I have a great respect for the elderly because they have paved the way for me and my children. I went to high school graduated and then decide to take some nursing class I did really liked it, my first experience as a home health aid I remember working at facility care I really loved it I learned so much , I am a caring and positive caregiver I always want to make sure that my client and family are fully satisfied and happy the way I work , I always like to show how much I am full of energy working as a caregiver, my responsibilities are bathing , reminder for taking meds, errands, driving to doctors appointments, and do activities of daily living as a caregiver, I love my work and I always want the best for my client to feel comfortable and safe.

I became a caregiver at a young age my grandparents were living alone so at 16 I started cooking cleaning and helping them with care. It just came natural. As more family members and friends needed me it became a career. I've done in-home care many years also took CNA courses. I love people. My heart is big and it shows in my work . What attracted me to being a caregiver would be my parents with my mother having multiple hernia replacements, and my father being a dialysis patient, on top of ongoing health conditions far as diabetes etc. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is that I'm able to help someone who isn't capable of preforming their daily task on their own, knowing that I am capable with my skills and ability to provide to someone who is in need makes me nothing but honored.
