My biggest personality trait that helps me as a caregiver is that I am a genuine person. So I think that my patients will appreciate that no matter what state of mind they are in because they will always feel and respected.
What attracted me to becoming a caregiver was the fact that I want to become a pediatric RN. But I wanted to start from the bottom to see if I liked it and try something similar to the role that wouldn't take a long time to get certified in..
