Given a hand in any situation is a plus for me it makes me feel good as a daughter, mother, family members and wife I started out as a single Mothers over 20 years and I was encouraged to attend the nursing assistant course due to my personality and I never looked back, I also worked in Transportation for Pace paratransit and I encouraged and helped most of my clients to sign up for the services. I am a natural caregiver as the parent of a profoundly disabled, non-ambulatory, non-verbal child. I knew from a young age that I always wanted to help people so with that in mind after high School I pursued what I knew I would be good at helping senior citizens through the years I have learned a lot and also through experience with working with agencies where most of the time they just throw you in and expect you to learn everything which was fine with me 18 years of experience later and I've had no complaints.

I love what I do. I love taking care of people. I'm smart, kind, honest, and a very sweet person. I have been working in the healthcare field for 16 years now and I love it. I'm very well trained in what I do. I take care of my clients as if they were my own Mom or Dad. I'm never late, always on time and willing to do what ever I can to help my client. I have worked for North Shore Hospital for almost seven years now as an on-call caregiver. I enjoy taking care my patients when I am there and I love how their faces light up with a bright smile when I walk into the room. I love listening to their stories. I enjoy all the time I spent with my clients, we have a great time together.
