I became a nurse aide because I always wanted to take care of the elderly. I love having conversations and being with them. I treat my patients as if they were my parents. These goals are of course related to activities of daily living skills, running errands, or engaging in the community, such as attending social day programs. I also encourage my clients to express their independence, thoughts, and feelings. I am someone any family member can rely on to take care of their parents, grandparents, aunts, or uncles.

I am a well experienced and qualified care technician who employs people centered and consultative approach to care. This means that care plan is developed with the care receipients' priority in mind. I entered this field because of the need I realized when taking care of my senior relative who received a diffcult diagnosis. I am friendly, effecient, and enjoy a good conversation.
