Then worked just under 11 years as a direct support professional with I/DD individuals. I really enjoy helping and caring for people, and look forward to caring for your loved one.

I've did in home care for many years along with working in personal care homes and nursing homes. Had some personal issues happen and stopped for awhile. But am wanting to get back into it. I have my CNA, CPR/ FIRST AID CERT., and I'm certified in BLOOD BORN PATHOGENS .

I was raised by my grandparents and help with their care as they got older. I helped to care for my grandmother who had dementia as a companion and later with pallative care. I was present and provided support and comfort to her thru her end of life amd assisted with her post mortem care. I have since worked both in home and nursing home settings providing care to those who primarily had dementia, providing pallative, hospice and post mortem care. I have had great success with calming clients who are combative or aggressive to preform nesscary ADLs. I also have experience with diabetic care and those who are on dialysis including ports. I am a very patient and compassionate person who loves to see someone enjoy a safe and comfortable life.

I've been a CNA since 2015, right out of high school. I love every minute of it and would never turn back. I enjoy everything about it, getting to know each person I take care of and knowing I'm helping them in a way some people can't is the greatest feeling ever!

I've been A CNA for 5 years and I love to see smiling faces of the patients that I take care of. My dedication of taking care of people came when I took care of my handicapped grandmother since I was a child. She died 8 years ago so I've been doing home health since I was 18 got certified when I was 20 and have been doing it since.
