I have been a caregiver for 14 years . I have 10 years Alzheimer's and Dementia experience . I have worked in Memory Care, Assisted Living, Hospice Care and Skilled Nursing Units . What sparked my interest in becoming a Caregiver was Helping Others . I always put others before myself . I have a Special Needs daughter who I have learned patience through . One of my most precious moments, was being with a sweet lady who was at the end of life. As the CD's played soft music of old hymns and after praying and reading scripture to her for several days; I experienced her smile and hand on my cheek, just before the angels escorted her from this world into Glory.

Hello I have been a CNA for over 10 years. I've worked from Texas to Colorado during covid. Recently I had my first child who is 11 months already so I am finally going to settle down in one spot. I've lived in Corsicana for 17 years so this is home. I followed in my sister's footsteps who was a CNA first and in my opinion the best if I can be half as good as she was. I like the one on one time with my patients versus the nursing home environment which is fast paced very little time with each patient. I've worked in nursing homes for all 17 years either with an agency or the facility it's self. I've worked as a sitter for different families as well during my time.
