I love helping others. I started off providing respite relief for a family friend who needed a break. And then went on to work in a facility as a caregiver. I am most proud of being professional and dependable. I love building g trust with my clients and being able to help them realize that I care and provide my undivided attention.

I am a very compassionate, dedicated nursing professional. I have also worked in human services as a job coach for people with disabilities. I am passionate about helping others.

My name is mindy. I have been in healthcare since I was 18 I am 35 now. I have 4 beautiful daughters ages 17, 15, 10 and 5. I am a very flexible person and can adapt to change quickly. I have a grand baby coming in feb. I take my job very seriously as I love what I do. I am honest and reliable. And love yo learn.

I have been in the healthcare field for over 5 years in various positions. I enjoy helping people live their best lives in their homes.

I am a mother of 3 school age children. I also teach dance part time in the evening. I am a very open hearted person and I love give to those in need. Caregiving is something that I am passionate about and will be great at. I have cared for people before in their homes and I really enjoyed it. I am proud of who I have become so far creating a home for my family. I am looking forward to helping you bring comfort to yours.

It is my belief that all ppl regardless of their need are intitled to the best care possible for a full recovery or in many cases a private transition into their life's end journey...dignity and respect. Being a caregiver is one of life's rewards, those needing care are greatful and I would hope that if I need care someday I would have someone like myself. As far as achievements thus far is helping extended families learn and understand what their loved one may not be able to express to them. Keeping clients on track even if they don't have improvement ...giveing tools to live life out the best way possible with encouragement.

A little about me i graduated from Hoover High School in Des Moines in 2018.I currently attend Des Moines Area Community College and will be graduating in May with a certification and AAS in Early Childhood Education. I have been working as a Certified Nurse Aide since 2018 and love meeting new people and learning about the things they enjoy most and being able to help be there and care for them.

I became a caregiver because I like to care for others who can not care for themselves. I enjoy most about being a caregiver the ability to cheer residents up when they are down with my enthusiasm and positive attitude. My personal achievement I am most proud of is making others feel good about them selves.
