I'm very kind and out going which makes it very easy for my residents to get along with me! I have a lot of patience when it comes to work. What attracted me to becoming a caregiver was making a difference in someone's life. I enjoy getting to know my residents and becoming apart of their family. Hello my name is Kayla M Newell. I have two sons and a cat. My personality traits that help me be a good CNA is that I listen to every want/needs the resident may want fulfilled. I try my best to make the resident happy and comfortable in anyway possible. What attracted me to becoming a CNA is that I enjoy working with people, I enjoy hearing all the life stories and lessons learned from all my residents. I enjoy getting information from them about anything. I just enjoy being around all my residents. They make me feel like I'm at home. My personal achievements that I'm proud of are reorganizing something to make it work better, identifying a problem and solving it, come up with a new idea that improve things!

I'm dependable, energetic, reliable and fun. I became a caregiver to give people a better quality of life. I love to make people happy. Just seeing someone smile is the best gift. One of the things I'm most proud of besides being a parent was the day I got my license to be a CNA.

I keep my CNA license up to date. I enjoy working with the elderly. I am very hard working and love to make people smile. I want my clients to feel they are independent as much as they can. I can listen to stories over and over.

My caring heart for the elderly is why I became a caregiver. I love my job and caring for others. I'm very patience, caring, dependable. I'm empathetic and compassionate, respectful, and understanding. My 10 plus years working with the elderly makes me a great fit. I have always since a little girl knew I wanted to work with the elderly, because of my relationship with my grandmother and also just helping the older people in my neighborhood if it was checking their mail, water the plants, taking the trash out and must importantly just a listing ear. I have FIRST AIDE & CPR certification and I'm currently a med passer at my job.

I was working in NIKE IHM INC. as a Machine Operator, Quality Control, and Trainer for 14yrs. Then, I have been a caregiver for over 10years. I've been taking care of any ages mostly elderly since then...working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Stroke, Hospice, Parkinson and my spare time I do baby sitter job. I really love it. and if you don't you will not be good at this job. all of us, at some points in our life we will be a caregiver, by choice or necessity or both. Home Care is a personal experience. And I'm just thankful I am able to do this for them. Praise the LORD, He has giving me straight to make difference, It just became easier for me to be the caregiver. I'm the best person for the job, And I have more experience of caregiver. All of this qualities gave them the reassurance and confidence in me that I could do the job. And I have the ability to stay focused in stressful situations, I know I would be a great addition to the team. And I am honest, a good person and most of all...I'm a (TLC) Tender Loving Care who love the job as a Caregiver. I realized that caring for people, especially the elderly, was my calling. <3
