I started out in the the hospitality business by going to school for cosmetology and I quickly realized it did not fulfill my dreams. I decided healthcare is where I wanted to be. I am a CNA and for the past 2 years I have been helping my grandmother and other family members with their medical needs. I am a mom of 3 wonderful kids a cat and a dog. I have several years experience working for local agencies assisting the developmentally disabled with their adl's and gaining independence in the community. I have a likeable personality and I love to laugh. People find me enjoyable to be around. I would like to do private care so I have the opportunity to spend more time with my individuals. I am proud of being a homeowner and showing my children that at any age school is possible.

I'm a mother of two kids, one boy and one girl. I spend most of my days with my kids. I enjoy working with patients who need a companion in their live. I mostly enjoy helping patients with Alzheimer's, I find them to be the most amazing people to talk to. I enjoy talking about their past and their memories. About 10 years ago, my great grandmother had a stroke and is now paralyzed completely on her left side. I took time to take care of her all throughout high school and still now. I would stay the night with her and get her up and ready in the morning before I went to school. Just this past year, my great grandpa found out that he had throat cancer. He currently has had a trachea port put in. With that being said, I have been with him and my great grandma taking care of her needs and taking care of him, cleaning the port and transporting them to and from their doctors appointments.

I actively work as a cargiver within my company and make minimal profit off hours I dont personally work as a care giver. What this means is I have well paid aides who enjoy working for/with me and I can take the burden of hiring and scheduling cargivers off your shoulders. We have on call aides to fill in should anything unexpected come up for a caregiver so you need not ever worry about someone not coming. I also carry liability insurance on myself as well as my fellow caregivers and they are my employees which means they are covered under my disability, unemployment, and workmans comp if anything should happen.
